Small Group Training

With Small Group Training, you get maximum value!  One MEDFITNESS Trainer works with up to three clients.  Small Group ratios never exceed 3:1 to allow maximum coaching from your trainer while delivering a personalized workout experience.  Small Group Training is available by appointment on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday.

 

$37.50 per session (8 times per month)

$42.50 per session (4 times per month)

Early Morning Training 

Early Morning Personal Training is for people who like starting their day early. One MEDFITNESS Trainer works with up to three clients. Early Morning ratios never exceed 3:1 to allow maximum coaching from your trainer while delivering a personalized workout experience. Early Morning Training is available between 6:00 AM and 8:00 AM on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday.  

 

$42.50 per session (8 times per month)

$47.50 per session (4 times per month)

1-on-1 Training

With one-on-one Training, you get maximum supervision and coaching. One MEDFITNESS Trainer works with one client. This is optimal for individualized workouts designed around injuries or medical conditions and allows for maximum variety in Training. One-on-one Training is available Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday.

$72.50 per session (4 times per month)
