MEDFITNESS offers fitness lectures to local businesses and not-for-profit organizations. As a speaker, Richard J. Wolff, founder of MEDFITNESS, has a unique ability to simplify complex fitness issues. Over the past four decades, thousands have attended his lectures and keynote presentations at major corporations, fitness conferences, and universities, including Kraft Foods, General Electric, the Resistance Exercise Conference, the Club Industry Trade Show and Convention, the University of Pennsylvania, the University of California at Los Angeles (UCLA) and Northeastern University.
Richard earned a professional degree in Nutritional Science from the College of Health and Human Sciences at Northern Illinois University. He is the Founder of MEDFITNESS, a Strength Training studio located in Saint Charles, IL. As a Registered Dietitian and Licensed Nutritionist, Richard served on the Wellness Advisory Board at Northern Illinois University and taught in the Graduate School of Health Studies. He completed an internship in Medical Nutrition Therapy at Northwestern Memorial Hospital, Chicago.
He has served as a consultant to the American Cancer Society and the Discovery Health Channel. Richard’s writing and fitness column has been featured in award-winning publications, including Weightlifting USA, Nautilus Americas Fitness Magazine, Personal Fitness Professional, Club Industry Magazine, the Daily Herald, and the Kane County Chronicle.
