It has arrived (Thanksgiving). This is the time of the year when many of us reflect on the blessings we have instead of what we don't have. This practice and being thankful can keep us grounded at time when the world around us seems to be falling apart.
When it comes to my health the one thing I am very grateful for is my STRENGTH. Having strength trained since I was a teenager I am reaping the benefits of excellent muscular fitness. Everything I do requires my strength, some more than others. One things is for sure, without my STRENGTH I would be on the fast track to a life filled with chronic disease.
